Fasting

Hollla this week we are fasting as a group and I’m really excited to be stretched and allow God to increase my faith. Pray for me to keep focus on Him at all times not just during eating times. God worked in amazing ways this past week. During our discipleship time we had to teach on being authentic and I got to speak about that for like 15 mins. and talked about Eph. 3:14-21 and the power that is we have in us and not trusting in our “riches” but Christ’s during either struggles or times were we are not getting along with someone or whatever circumstance. But, that Christ would be our resource of strength not looking to me(which is a ever occuring event for me it seems like). Then during our internships at the Youth detention Center, chad and I are building great relationships with the guys playing soccer and kickball. The Ydc has been so a blessing to me so far in many different ways from helping me with my spanish to trying to find different ways to minister to youths who don’t want to talk to you. In addition, on saturday I was asked to speak at Big Church I guess you’d call it on sunday and spoke during the service. I was so encouraged to see God speak through me even though I wasn’t as prepared as I would’ve like to have been. Praying for you all and I hope that you continue to let God use you through word and witness. Farewell
