Hola, well I’m just living the dream down here. Ooo where to start…Internet has been down so this is 2nd time I’ve been available to blog…the first time I was asleep so…anywho we are about to start our internships so the next time I blog I’ll know if I’m working at the orphanage or with youth or teaching at a elementary school. I’ll try to upload pictures when I have the time. Been hectic first few days but God has taught me so much about my faith(I’ve already read “The heavenly man” incredible book and signature of Jesus) and patience through bugs and crazy dogs while I’m running random places for exercise and taking straight cold showers and many other things. I’ve been learning alot about being thankful for lil things like having cold showers and Its such a blessing for me to see how happy most of the families down here are with their lives and living conditions. One family I have began to come close to have encouraged my socks off with their joy for the Lord and their teaching me spanish(they are so funny they keep telling me that If I”ll eat their hot chili I”ll learn spanish they crack me up) and I”m very thankful already for how they’ve ministered to me. Umm I love my roommates and my leader. The Lord has already been teaching me to have more of a servants heart to them and help them grow in their walks. The food has been O so Good…I officially love salad…..and some of the little taco stands down here are out of this world. Hmm other than that training camp was awesome we learned the coolest drimes…hopefully we’ll be able to put them on youtube when we do them at ministry sights and umm yeah Gods teaching me alot through discipleship and many other things….Los vemos

  1. Hi, I am Matt’s mom. The blog may not be in the right place but it spoke volumes. It touched my heart. I have put the whole team’s blogs on alerts so I can keep updated with what y’all are doing and specific prayer requests. I am lifting each of you up daily in prayer.

  2. Living the dream! Thats excellent…I love saying that! I’m glad you are having a good time and I will pray for you and your team to grow together! Be open to what God challenges you to do while you are in Mexico. I am praying for you and your team everyday!
